Most currencies and countries are supported, Denmark and DKK are among them.
Assuming that you are trying to automate a Danish account in DKK you should go to My Bots and create a new bot selecting Denmark as the bot's country (so that the bot will use Danish residential IPs to connect to your book) and DKK as the bot's currency (so that it can operate in a DKK account).
In general, the bot's country dictates the IP that the bot will use to connect to your book. The bot's currency must match the currency of the accounts that it is used with. So for example to automate a Danish account in EUR, you would use Denmark as the bot's country and EUR as the bot's currency.
Video guides demonstrating how to use Smartbet.io features like submitting picks and configuring bots will be available soon. In the meantime, please check the FAQ section or the "New User Questions" topic in our forum for answers to common questions.
Currently, we don't support any French bookmakers. So, selecting France as a geolocation for your cloud bot wouldn't be helpful at this time. If you know of a French bookmaker we should add, please create a new topic with your suggestion.
If you enable the "Keep Trying Failed Orders" option, the bot will continuously attempt to execute orders that initially fail. This process continues while the corresponding event is still active. This option could be useful when following a source where the advised odds might not be available at the time of pick submission, but the source owner believes they represent value. With this option enabled, the bot will keep trying, and if the odds eventually drift to the advised level, the order will be successfully executed.
Note that this option is resource-intensive and uses additional network connections. Therefore, we have only made it effective on orders targetting select bookmakers (Pinnacle and clones) where retrying has a lower cost and where parallel execution is feasible so that retrying older orders will not block newer orders. Additionally, this feature applies exclusively to pregame orders. In-play orders are always "fill-or-kill," meaning they are either executed immediately or canceled regardless of target bookmaker.

These fees are normally applied at the time of order retrieval, paid to both Smartbet and the source owner, regardless of whether the order results in a placed bet.
