Error: "dispatcher offline" - what should I do?

    I have tried restarting the software, but it keeps getting stuck on

     

    Scraper: online

    Placer: online

    Dispatcher: offline

     

    Any advice on what I should do next?

    We are just about to roll out automation for bet365 and other major new features and we experienced some technical issues during the system updates. I expect a few more outages during the course of the next 24 hours as we are progressing with the updates.
