There are three types of fees on the Smartbet.io platform:

 

1. Smartbet.io distribution/execution fees: These fees are charged by Smartbet.io for distributing and automatically executing orders. The fees vary among supported bookmakers, and you can find the pricing details for each bookmaker on the Smartbet.io Fees page.
   
   
2. Source fees: These are the fees paid by followers to the owner of each source they follow. Source owners set the fee structure for their sources and retain all revenue from their followers. Fees are deducted in real-time from the follower's Smartbet.io balance and credited to the source owner's balance. Source fee increases take effect three days after the source owner initiates them, and followers are notified via multiple emails during this period about the upcoming changes.
   
   
3. Auto Source fees: These fees apply to automatically generated arb/value picks. They depend on the profit margin and target bookmaker and you can find complete details on how these fees are calculated on the Auto Source Fees page.

 

All fees have two components:

 

• Order Execution: A percentage of the risked stake on each successful, automatically executed order resulting in a placed bet (per Bet). A minimum fee may also be specified.
  
  
• Order Retrieval: A flat fee that is charged at the moment of order retrieval for each order that is retrieved by following bots (per Order).

 

Examples:

 

1.00% of stake / minimum 0.10 EUR per Bet + Flat 0.02 EUR per Order

The 0.02 EUR flat fee is charged upon order retrieval (per Order). A 100 EUR placed bet will result in an additional 1.00 EUR fee (1.00% of the 100 EUR stake). A 5 EUR bet will result in an additional 0.10 EUR fee (the minimum per Bet fee, as 1.00% of the 5 EUR stake is less than 0.10 EUR).

 

1.00% of stake / minimum 0.00 EUR per Bet + Flat 0.01 EUR per Order

The 0.01 EUR flat fee is charged upon order retrieval (per Order). A 100 EUR placed bet will result in an additional 1.00 EUR fee (1.00% of the 100 EUR stake). A 5 EUR bet will result in an additional 0.05 EUR fee (1.00% of the 5 EUR stake).

 

0.00% of stake / minimum 0.05 EUR per Bet + Flat 0.01 EUR per Order

The 0.01 EUR flat fee is charged upon order retrieval (per Order). All successfully placed bets will result in an additional 0.05 EUR fee, regardless of stake.

 

0.00% of stake / minimum 0.00 EUR per Bet + Flat 0.00 EUR per Order

No fees.

 

All transactions are processed through each user's Smartbet.io balance. Transaction details are recorded and can be accessed in real-time on the My Transactions page.
